As a 20-year public servant, I’ve invested my education and expertise serving the greater Los Angeles community, working alongside residents, stakeholders, government leaders, and nonprofits to address critical challenges that impact our most vulnerable families. From emergent economic development to disaster preparedness, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible resilience of our communities—and the importance of acting swiftly in times of need.

The recent wildfires have devastated countless families and businesses, many that I personally have known intimately my entire life, having grown-up in Altadena. Close-knit neighborhoods and community fabric were decimated and will depend on critical and timely support to navigate this difficult time and into the future recovery.

Governments and nonprofit leaders who are working tirelessly to provide relief face immense demand. These efforts require rapid coordination, equitable resource distribution, and transparency—all while navigating limited resources and immense pressure.

In partnership with FORWARD, I’m proud to continue supporting the Los Angeles, Altadena and Pasadena communities, helping to deliver efficient and innovative solutions that make recovery swift and equitable for everyone, especially families that need support the most. Together, we can ensure no one is left behind in this critical moment.
